Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday via Evri, and within one to five working days. Ziwi Peak orders are dispatched every Thursday due to our supplier's delivery schedule.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us and we will do our best to prioritise your order.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to the UK, including; the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and Northern Ireland.

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands or mainland Europe.

Minimum Orders

We are proud to have no minimum order across our entire range of products.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders for delivery to the UK Mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands) over £50.

UK Mainland Tracked Delivery

For an additional delivery cost at checkout, we will upgrade your order to Evri's Tracked 24 Hour delivery service.

This is how it works:

  • Place your order with us and make sure that you provided us with a mobile number or email when you register your account.

  • Evri will provide you with updated tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel's progress to your address.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and the price amended automatically.

UK Mainland Evri Standard Delivery

With this service, you’ll receive your order within one to three working days of it being dispatched (please be aware that delays can be caused due to external  factors). Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday.

Northern Ireland

Orders to be dispatched to Northern Ireland will be sent via Royal Mail and will arrive within two to three working days after dispatch.

Deliveries Below £50

A minimum charge of £3.95 will be applied to all deliveries below £50. Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and the price amended automatically.

International Deliveries

We are currently unable to ship outside of the UK. However, if you are looking to have goods shipped internationally we are happy to help put you in touch with suppliers who can help.

Delayed Deliveries

Whilst we will always endeavour to meet the estimated timescales for delivery it is inevitable that occasionally delays will occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Where delivery is delayed we will keep you informed of the progress of your order and we will seek to find a solution which best suits your needs where possible. Whilst every effort will be made to assist you with a delayed delivery we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products you have ordered within estimated timescales.

Eco-Friendly Packing

Here at The Thoughtful Pet Food Store, we endeavour to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We do not use any plastic packaging when packing your orders, instead using paper and cardboard packing materials to protect your purchase.
