What Is The Bottomless Bowl?
Our Bottomless Bowl subscription service is a handy feature that allows you to reorder your pet's favourite products on a regular basis with minimal fuss.
Plus, you'll save 5% on every order!
How Does It Work?
First, choose the product that you'd like to subscribe to and select the option on the product page. There are multiple options available for how often you'd like to receive the product, so select the one that works best for you and your pet.
Then, proceed to the checkout as normal and once paid your Bottomless Bowl will be set up. All future orders will be automatically generated, processed and shipped without you having to do anything.
When I Try To Add Other Items The Website Won't Allow It.
We have recently had to swap to a new website host, and the subscription service they provide works a bit differently to our previous service.
Currently the subscription option only allows one product per subscription. We are hoping to have this changed in the near future, but for now if you could like to create a Bottomless Bowl with multiple items, you will have to manually check out each item seperately.
We will then collate the orders on our end and dispatch them all together. You will also be refunded for any additonal postage and packaging charges as these won't apply in your situation.
How Do I Amend Or Cancel My Bottomless Bowl?
If you'd like to amend an existing Bottomless Bowl, you will have to first cancel it and then set it back up again. We appreciate that this isn't ideal and we are working on coming up with an alternate way to handle this in the future. Get in contact with us here letting us know if you'd like to cancel or suspend your Bottomless Bowl and we will sort it out for you.
